Job Description

Job Description

Company Description Children’s Hope Foster Family Agency is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to “Making a Difference, One Child at a Time.” Since 2000, the agency has focused on providing the highest quality support to children and resource families rather than being the largest agency. Children’s Hope recruits and certifies resource family homes and offers in-house licensing, monitoring, and support services to ensure safe, nurturing environments. Regulated by the Community Care Licensing Division of the California State Department of Social Services, the agency prioritizes the safety, comfort, success, and happiness of children in care. Resource families and professional staff work together so children feel loved and supported during significant life changes away from their biological families.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Worker role based in Roseville or Yuba City, CA. The Social Worker will provide case management services to children and resource families, including regular home visits, assessments, and ongoing support. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and agency regulations, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings. The Social Worker will collaborate closely with foster parents, agency staff, and external partners to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes for youth of all ages.
