This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air qualityAct as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on heating and cooling services and home improvement solutionsGenerate leads and schedule free in-home consultationsEnter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialistsRepresent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presenceSupport in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team membersNote: this role is not door-to-door, as you will be working exclusively in our partner stores.
