Processing and organizing case files and documentation.

Performing data entry and records management functions.
•
Scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and paper records.
•
Assisting with correspondence, mail distribution, and document preparation.
•
Supporting scheduling, tracking, and other routine administrative activities.
•
Answering and directing telephone calls from respondents, attorneys, complainants, and other parties
•
Assisting supervisors and investigators in their daily tasks.
Preferred Skills:
•
Experience handling confidential materials would be extremely beneficial.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with office equipment (scanners, copiers, fax machines), and proficient typing skills are preferable.
Minimum education qualification:
•
High School Diploma or equivalent
Misc. Information:
•
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
•
There are parking garages in the area for approximately $20 a day, staff pay for their own parking if they choose to park in a garage as company do not provide parking
•
Location is close to major subways / buses at Atlantic terminal
•
Interview will be conducted in person.
